At the time of opening the computer a opening sound greets you. But using this you can set a voice(what you want).

Just open a note pad and write down the code  CreateObject(“SAPI.SpVoice”).Speak” Welcome User” and save it as welcome.vbs (Don’t forget to save it by  .vbs extension). And now place it to the Startup folder.

Location of Startup folder :    C:\Documents and Settings\All User\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Those who are windows 7 users they are requested to run the program after place it in the startup folder.
